The Govenor of Samutprakarn province
took part in a procession around the temple. Six sailors carried
the ceremonial cloth around the temple three times and were followed
by many people.
Here they are getting the cloth
ready to take up to the top of the Chedi. They will go up there
by the ladder.
Here they are going up to the top
and putting the cloth around the Chedi. I went up half way to
take pictures of them.
